Our Office is here to answer any questions you may have regarding educational law. We will coach and assist parents in writing correspondence. We will review your student's educational records to ascertain whether the program is appropriate.

We will review of the education record craft an individual plan of advocacy and and accompany you to your PPT Meeting. We will advocate vigorously on your behalf.

If your matter cannot be resolved at a PPT we will represent you though mediation, resolution sessions, due process, or the complaint process. 

Attorney Rose has decades of experience in Special Education Advocacy.  She has navigated the special education process personally and professionally.

In the current climate we offer telephone and videoconference options.  We know that when issues arise they are extremely time sensitive.  Our office will contact you and schedule a conference within 24 hours of contact with our office.  We also offer evening and weekend timeslots to accommodate hectic schedules.
